For exchanges: You receive a voucher for the full value of the products. There is no minimum purchase required. You can exchange the product for any Sigma Hunter product, including adding additional items and paying only the difference. If you have any questions, please contact us.

For returns: You will have the value of the products refunded to your credit card statement and to your checking account for payments made by Pix or boleto.
Please note:
- When the package is returned and, if it passes the analysis (validation to certify that the product has not been used and/or has damage), we will issue your refund within 30 business days or send you your voucher within 7 business days (exchange);
- After requesting an exchange (voucher), changing it to a return (refund) will not be possible. Therefore, pay close attention to the following steps:

To continue, you will need to enter your order number (EK-XXXXXX) and your registered email address. Please wait for our team to respond by email. Returns are usually made within the same day.
Upon return, you will receive a reverse postal code for mailing the product.
Take the product to the post office following the instructions below.
For everything to work out, it is important that the product:
- Is securely packaged. If not in its original packaging, use any other brown paper packaging—one that is not advertising;
- Is in perfect condition and/or shows no signs of use;
- Is free of damage;
- Has all original labels.

Postage must be made within 7 calendar days (to prevent the generated code from expiring). It is sent directly to the email address associated with the purchase. Please note:
- Shipping will be free of charge;
- The return deadline is determined by the Post Office. You'll receive a tracking code when it's shipped;
- You can track your order using the tracking code you receive through Correios Tracking (https://rastreamento.correios.com.br).
